I wish my winter could look a little more like that. I do. So quaint, and friendly, and outdoorsy.
But most days—especially this week—it’s just too darn cold for me to pull something like that off. At least not without about 9 layers on. (You think I’m exaggerating.) And heated seats. And Ugg boots. And hot tea. Wait, that’s what I need now for a drive in my fully-enclosed, heat-blasting car. Yeah, I might not have survived the days of sleigh travel.
Still, I do love this picture.
It’s everything I wish winter was, and everything I can dream it is when I close my eyes while snuggled in my warm, cozy bed.
Which is where I’m headed now.
