Well, waaaaay before I’m ready for it, it’s December 1. (How did this happen????)
Anyway, we kicked off our month with a tradition I know I’m crazy to have started (and continued), but I probably love it as much as R-kids. Our advent calendar.
Each day, R-kids find a message behind the little door, and an ornament to hang on the knob. Today’s message? A few dollars each to spend on iTunes Christmas music for the family. (This is a selfish gift for myself as well, I’m not ashamed to say.)
