EAT PRAY SLEEP

H & Em, right this minute you two are sitting in the theatre a few miles from my house, probably enjoying some smuggled-in lattes (or – gasp – wine!), making far too much noise for all the other patrons with your play-by-play commentary, squeals, and giggles. I’m betting you’re probably at about the same place in the story that my bookmark still sits in my printed copy of the movie you are seeing.

eat pray love | the both and | shorts and longs | julie rybarczykI wish I were there enjoying it with you! But I am more wiped out than usual, and R-kids were needing me tonight. I think I was needing them too. I hadn’t seen them since Thursday, with their Dad back in town…

I’m just writing to say I hope it was fun, and I miss you, and don’t tell me how it ends. Because I just remembered when I started writing this post: I never did finish this bookclub book of ours. I got through the Eat and the Pray parts (loved them!!), but really never did figure out the Love part.

Interesting.

Anyway, you know how much I hate to have the endings ruined, so maybe it’s good I didn’t see it with you today. I’m not sure I’m ready for that Love part yet anyhow.

Nite, all!
