I don’t know about you, but when I read a good book, I don’t just need one bookmark, I need a bunch. My pages end up dog-eared from all the thoughts and passages I want to come back to – especially if it’s a book club book. How’s this for the coolest solution?

Green Markers are the brainchild of Japanese designers Yuruliku. The cost on their site is in yen but converts to about $9 (plus $14 shipping from Japan) for 75 “blades” of grass – 25 each of three different cuts.
Then again, who am I kidding. I won’t be using these as bookmarks. I can barely make it through a book lately. But these beauties would sure freshen up my bookshelves for spring.
Hmmmm…
