R-girl has wanted a camera for a long time. A nice camera. A black camera, as she calls it. Last fall, she got serious about it, and when she sets her mind to something, watch out. Ever since then, she’s been walking dogs, shoveling sidewalks, cleaning R-House and basically denying herself a lot of other fun things she could have spent her money on. Yesterday, the last day of spring break, her camera arrived via special delivery. (And, yeah, that’s the same camera I’ve been craving for about a year.) She saved up every penny herself and it’s all hers!
What fun to see her accomplish such a huge goal.
If I’m lucky, she’ll let me use it once in a while.
Mission accomplished. Way to go, R-girl!
